We are Eager to Host you.

Come Stay with us!

D' Love Shack is a project that was started four years ago by a local mother and son duo. Initially, D' Love Shack was a wooden hut on the beach that the owners would spend down time in. Tourist who frequented the beach were always amazed by the perfect location of the shack and often encouraged the owners to renovate the shack and offer it for rent.

During the Covid Pandemic, we finally decided to start renovation. After a lot of hard work and sacrifice, we finally started hosting guest in February 2025.

The Most Vibrant Tourism Village On The Island

The Castara Warmth will Embrace You!

Castara is globally recognized as an authority on community tourism. There are local sites such as the beach and the waterfalls which are tourist favourites.

More than sites, Castara is unique in that it's villagers have preserved a lot of the village's/island's tradition. For example, fishermen still fish using traditional nets and you can buy bread weekly from a traditional clay oven.

Castara is a lively village and there is never a dull moment. Whether it's African Drumming on the little beach on Wednesdays, 'Bun Fire' on Thursdays or live pan music and BBQ at Cheno's on Saturdays, there is always something going on.

The best thing is that locals are very welcoming so you will always feel welcomed and at home.
